Fair weather walker

I always thought that I would get out whatever the weather, but the lack of walks (and posts) over the last couple of months indicates otherwise! Since I last posted we have been plagued by numerous illnesses and it just hasn't been right to drag a poorly baby and mummy out into the wilderness.

I had planned on restarting our walks today, but a bad night and bad weather meant I decided against it again... Instead I did a reccy on the next section of The Aylesbury Ring and hunted for parking locations. It's going to be tricky as this section of The Aylesbury Ring is very close to Chequers and security is pretty high! At one point I was approached by a lovely older lady asking if I was ok - I'm not sure if she believed my explanation of checking out my route!

Whilst I was out I picked up a couple of geocaches - some easy 'cache and dash's. The first was AR17 Pochard - Kimblewick Road which is part of The Aylesbury Ring series; the second was a simple cache and dash as I turned in the road (Bucks Series A-Z....K (Mark 2)).

Mud glorious mud!
